
Dehydrated Lime Juice Concentrate
USES
The same as a freshly squeezed lime juice.
With 40 g of Julim, you get 500 ml of lime juice.
Julim can be sprinkled to taste in broths, soups, snacks, seafood, fish, meat, chicken, salads, tomato juice, warm eggs; in general, the same applications as fresh lime juice.
IN THE KITCHEN
In dry mixes for preparations such as filling and top of cakes, ice cream, gelatin, mayonnaise, etc.
Just mix Julim with the other dry ingredients or prepare your Julim-made lime juice and use it as you'd normally would with fresh lime juice.
AT THE BAR
In every cocktail or mocktail that require lime juice, such as: Tequila, "Micheladas" (four parts of beer, mixed with a part of Julim lime juice and a pinch of salt), Cuba Libre, Tom Collins, Daikiri, etc.
Add Julim to taste, or prepare lime juice and use it in your drinks.
For Tequila, Julim can be mixed to taste in a ratio 2:1 with salt; in canned beers just sprinkle Julim and salt on the lid, to taste.
AT THE SODA FOUNTAIN
Lemonades can be pre-prepared. Julim does not lose taste nor oxidizes in several days, which is reflected in a faster customer service, time saving, waste reduction and better control of raw materials.
