JULIM, our powdered lime juice, was born from the desire to capture the fresh, acidic flavor of lime in a versatile and long-lasting form. Since then, we’ve expanded our vision to also dehydrate tamarind, horchata, and more — always staying true to the essentials: clean ingredients, honest processes, and deep respect for what comes from the earth.

Over the years, our commitment has led us to participate in development programs such as PROMÉXICO and the European Economic Community, opening paths into international markets with clean-label formulas — including organic Aloe Vera beverages for export.
